Baby Mo products shed only minimally because when the hand–woven throws are taken off the loom, they are individually hand brushed with steel brushes to burst the pile and create the plush, fluffed appearance, Much of the loose hair is shed at this time.                                                                                        

HOW IS BABY MO MADE IN SUCH A WIDE RANGE OF COLORS?

All Baby Mo yarns are hand dyed at our factory allowing us to develop the magnificent colors for which we are well known. The smooth surface of the Baby mohair fiber takes dye well and remains refractile showing the color brilliantly. To create the luminous color depth of our woven products we combine a number of colors yarns into the weave.

DO COLORS AND SIZES VARY?

Yes. Each item is handcrafted; hand dyed and individually hand fringed .There will be some variation in size and color, as with any handmade product. This is normal.

ARE BABY MO PRODUCTS EASY TO CARE FOR?

Yes, Baby Mo products are easily hand washed and dry quickly. They will not fade. To raise the loft or pile a few gentle strokes with any hairbrush is all that is required.

IS BABY MOHAIR DURABLE?

Yes. The fibers are extremely strong and highly elastic. Mohair is one of the most durable natural fibers. With just a little care baby mohair products can last a lifetime.

DOES MOHAIR SHRINK?

Always wash mohair in cool, tepid water only. Do not wash I hot water or place in a clothes dryer as the heat will
