ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please be sure to place your email address and fax number on every order.
Orders received, will be confirmed by email or fax. Please keep the record of your order confirmation.

PAYMENT:
Orders must be paid prior to shipping unless previous arrangements have been agreed to in writing.


Methods of Payment: Visa, MasterCard or prepayment by check.

Charge card number, expiration date, security extension code, name on card, billing address for card.
All payments must clear prior to shipping goods.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD:

DELIVERY TIME
:
Baby Mo  USA attempts to ship all orders within five business days.
We maintain a large stock volume in order to avoid backorders. If an item is out of stock it will ship as soon as possible. 

SHIPPING:
Baby Mo USA ships via FedEx ground unless otherwise requested. Packaging and handling charges are payable at the time the order is paid for and shipped. Items cannot be shipped to post office box addresses. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Special Delivery Options:Should you require faster delivery, if you are requesting delivery to a location outside FedEx service area or if you have other shipping requirements, please contact us by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Shipping outside of the U.S. – Please be aware that you will be responsible for all additional duties and taxes applicable to shipments of merchandise to locations outside the United States. Saturday delivery is not available.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
 * Please note: All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. No credits, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Exchange Authorization (EA) Number: In order to arrange for an exchange and to receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or call 781.329.6045. No exchanges or returns will be given without an EA number. Returns will not be accepted by delivery company without an EA number.
Customer will bear responsibility for return shipping costs for any exchanges that are not defective. For your protection, please send all exchanges insured via FedEx, UPS in a hard walled box.
If an item is defective, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if received back by Baby Mo within 10 days of the date of your receipt of the merchandise and in accordance with the following requirements:

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original Baby Mo sales receipt. Please write the reason for your return on the receipt. To make an exchange, please write which item you are requesting in exchange.

Return for Refund
Defective merchandise must be returned for a refund within 7 days of the date you received the merchandise. The refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited.
Return for Exchange
Defective merchandise must be returned for an exchange within 7 days of the date you received the merchandise. You may make an exchange for the same item if the original was defective, or for different item(s) of equal or lesser value.

All merchandise returned more than 10 days after the date of receipt, will not be accepted and will not be credited.
